1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KOKI Sport website at kokisport.com (“Site”) and any products, services or programmes offered by KOKI Sport (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

KOKI Sport is a sports management and development company operating primarily in Cameroon and Bahrain. We offer player development & scouting services, KOKI Sportswear (teamwear & custom apparel), and sports education events.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of any third party;
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, networks or associated equipment.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KOKI Sport or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Sportswear & Product Orders

All sportswear orders (jerseys, tracksuits, teamwear, etc.) are subject to a separate written agreement or order confirmation issued by KOKI Sport. The following general conditions apply:

  • Custom orders — Customised or personalised items (e.g., team kits with logos/names) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Lead times — Production and delivery timelines are confirmed at the point of order. KOKI Sport will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Payment — Payment terms are agreed individually for each order and will be stated in your order confirmation.
  • Faulty goods — If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Player Development & Scouting Services

KOKI Sport provides player assessment and development services. We make no guarantee that participation in our programmes will result in professional contracts, club trials or any other specific sporting outcome. All assessments are conducted in good faith by qualified personnel and are provided for development purposes only.

We act ethically and in compliance with applicable football regulations. We do not engage in any practice that conflicts with FIFA, CAF, or relevant national football federation regulations.

7. Contact Form & Communications

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of communication. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media platforms). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
